These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IntrudR platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
IntrudR is an AI-powered penetration testing platform that performs automated security assessments on targets designated by the user. The platform identifies vulnerabilities, generates reports, and provides remediation guidance.
2. Account Requirements
To use IntrudR, you must be at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You may only use IntrudR to scan targets that you own or for which you have obtained explicit, written authorization from the target owner. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization before initiating any scan.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Scanning targets without proper authorization
- Using IntrudR to conduct denial-of-service attacks or any form of DDoS
- Using the platform for malicious purposes, including data theft or sabotage
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing IntrudR services without written consent
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's proprietary models
- Using the platform to violate any applicable law or regulation
5. Credit System
IntrudR operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once purchased and expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Unused credits are forfeited upon expiration. Credit pricing and allocation are subject to change with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
IntrudR and its underlying technology, including AI models, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation, are the intellectual property of IntrudR. You retain full ownership of your scan data and reports generated from your scans. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
IntrudR is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that our platform will identify all vulnerabilities in your targets. IntrudR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Service Availability
We provide the platform on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. No Service Level Agreement (SLA) is provided unless you are on an Enterprise plan with a separate SLA agreement.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
